Appointment Policy

At Ruberto Salon and Spa, your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all guests and honor our stylists’ time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a 50% - 100% service fee. Our stylists rely on your timely cancellation in order to have an opportunity to accommodate another guest.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, in which case a fee may apply. Our goal is to respect your time and the next guests.
